Yahir Duran, was born on June 23rd, 1973 and lived in Topolobampo, a port located in the north of the state of Sinaloa, where he learned from his family a taste for music, and ventured into the composition. At age 17 he returned to Guadalajara to study at the Superior School of Sacred Music. During the three years of his studies, he perfected his fingering on the guitar and composed several pieces for piano. He has shared space with singer-songwriters from other Mexican states and foreigners such as Gerardo Ochoa, Raúl Rodríguez, Alberto Escobar, Oscar Fuentes, Enrique Ortiz, Paco Padilla, Francisco Barrios "El mastuerzo", Radiopatías, David Haro, Marcial Alejandro, Fernando Delgadillo , Mexicanto, Mauricio Diaz "El Hueso", Jaramar Soto, Alejandro Santiago, Gerardo Peña, Cacho and Nahuel, Alejandro Filio, Delfor Shadow, David Torrens, Amaury Perez, Tania Libertad, Silvina Tabush, Carmina Cannavino, Sanampay, etc.
