With waking up important dormant muscles of the hand and rotator cuff muscles, we can enhance functional shoulder girdle. When the Hand-Scapula relationship is working correctly, the core immediately works deeper
OBJECTIVES: To understand shoulder anatomy and function. How to improve function and ease of motion in the shoulder girdle using Pilates Repertory.
