Wild Ground Day of Practice
Personal practice is for tuning your instrument. Communal practice is for playing with the orchestra. Both can be used to soothe the soul. Join Wild Ground for a day of practicing being human in connection with Earth, one’s inner self and others. In the morning, we will practice meditation, mindful movements, silence, writing & eat nourishing food mindfully. After lunch, we will join Sacred Walking/Sacred Reading, our monthly communal practice of mindful walking and poetry reading. We encourage folks to come for both morning and afternoon segments however you are welcome to arrive when you are able. We ask that you be mindful of the schedule and arrive at the start of a particular activity and plan to stay until that activity is complete. This is a donation based event.
