Tie Dye Pop Up Sale

Update: the workshop is full. The sale is open to everyone of course, more details about it are listed below. The sale will run 12:30 to 5pm. Have you ever wanted to learn to tie dye? Do you know how to tie dye but want to learn about some new techniques? Do you just want to come and buy some beautiful and unique wearable art for yourself or family for the holidays? Then this workshop/pop up sale is just the thing for you. These are two separate events, you can come for one or both. I have been making dyes since 1985 and am going to be sharing both my knowledge and work with you. The class will be $25 and limited to 10 people. You may bring one garment to dye and I will have a stocking and small hanging for everyone to dye and take home. We will be using liquid dye but I will discuss other techniques such as ice dyeing, reverse dyeing, full immersion and shibori.

The class will be from 10am to 12pm and the pop up sale will be from 12:30 to 5. All supplies will be provided along with wring out instructions as the dyes will need to cure out overnight. Those attending the class are asked to wear old clothes. Please call and reserve your spot, 479-253-4968 for those in Eureka and 479-200-1055 for those in Fayetteville. This sale will feature not only t-shirts (long and short sleeve) but many other garments. I do dresses, leggings, wonderful tunics in both cotton and rayon, sweatshirts both pullover and zip up, yoga pants, bamboo socks, baby one piece suits, baby outfits and even Christmas stockings. Something for everyone on your holiday list. My sizes run from small to 6X in shirts and small to 3X in dresses, leggings, tops and pants.
