You will learn to validate your ideas and assess business strategies, develop your own customized financial models and simulate growth scenarios; learn the best way to raise capital and master the art of effective selling and closing process.  All while balancing a healthy business and personal life in our fast-changing business and social economics.  The general agenda is as follows: DAY 1: Morning Session SWOT analysis and principles of business analytics: idea validation and the 10 steps of an effective sales cycle: (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats); Fundamentals of business development, selling strategies, entrepreneurship & Leadership;  What new roles is AI playing in your business?.

Lunch Break: Open Q&A session with opportunity to network. Afternoon Session Financial Business Model: Develop your own customized financial model using our own proprietary financial software tool; learn fundamentals of financial statements, principles and structure; sales, cost of sales, gross profits, operational expenses, net profit, managing cash flow and overall P&L.  DAY 2: Morning Session Connecting sales performance to financial results: Simulate growth scenarios using the financial model; develop effective sales strategies and set goals based on the SWOT analysis and the financial simulations; develop framework to execute on your goals. Lunch Break: Open Q&A session with opportunity to network. Afternoon Session Marketing, branding, social media and crowdfunding: learn about organic growth versus capital funding; presentations to investors, VCs/PEs; crowd funding and how to raise capital and effective leadership practices.
