Sunday Morning Community Yoga
Donation-based yoga classes at Station One Center for the Arts. join Bri for an hour (or so) long Sunday morning class to wake up the body and shift your energy around. classes are all-levels, with modifications and suggestions made to add ease, or difficulty depending on where your body is feeling that given morning. this is an excellent way to start off your week, or ease back into your practice. Held in a welcoming and safe environment, Bri strives to make all students feel welcomed and heard, and works to cater classes towards requests and needs. street parking is available on sundays. a few notes:x cash or venmo/paypal accepted (suggested $10)x some mats are available, bring your own, if you're ablex classes are capped at 10-12 - be sure to RSVP ahead of time. i'll send out an email to attendees a day or two before with parking and venue information.
about the instructor -- Bri is a 500hour certified yoga teacher, and teaches donation-based classes at station one on sunday mornings & wednesday evenings. she also teaches at west end yoga studio on walnut street. she did both her 200 & 300 hour teacher trainings with Create Karma, a lancaster-based non-profit organization, and is also a reiki master, offering treatments on a sliding scale at station one..
