Being Yoga with Trishna is authentic Yoga with a strong flow element. Subtle classical practices with breath and meditation are combined with some innovative approaches for a deeply nourishing and revitalizing experience. On retreat we have the time to more thoroughly enjoy our exploration of yoga, and especially at the start of a new year to reflect on the past and dedicate our practice to being present, graceful, and of benefit on our paths forward. The fresh air, healing waters, and beautiful trails are the perfect compliment to yoga on this retreat. I have chosen the quieter midweek time for this Winter Retreat. Yoga is every morning and evening, 2+ hours. First class Tuesday January 2 at 4:30 p.m. Last class Friday the 5th, at 8:30 a.m. Dinners are at 6:45 p.m. Accommodation options are indoor or outdoor camping, dorm beds, and shared or private rooms.
