Profit Launch 2020 - BDR's Business Planning Workshop
General Sessions Available: September 18-20, 2019 November 6-8, 2019 December 11-13, 2019 (select the ticket with corresponding date) It's that time of year to get fired up about your business and build a business plan that will set you on the path to achieving your personal and business dreams. DREAM BIG. BUSINESS OWNERS : BRING YOUR SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM Together with our Profit Coach Team, you will establish all the elements of a complete, professional business plan. Every year we spend 3 intense days of hands-on-training, instruction and application, allowing you to walk away with a complete business plan that will be the roadmap to achieve your personal and business dreams. Profit Launch purpose: Provide hands-on training, coaching and support over three days while you write a comprehensive, detailed, implementable business plan.
Provide BDR's HVAC-specific financial and business management expertise - "you don't have to teach us your business in order for us to help you." The benefits to attending are numerous, to name a few: Hands-on training, coaching and support over three days working specifically to build your business plan. Provide ownership and senior management with an implement-able road-map to success Test validity of your goals and projections against profit expectations using proven accounting and mathematic measurement tools. Positions your company, ownership and management team for realistic goal attainment required to drive your company forward. Your banker will tell you it is the most comprehensive, detailed plan they have ever seen, opening the door for easier credit access. Networking with other Dynamic Business attendees: You will be in the company of some of the most profitable HVAC business owners in the nation. Leave with a plan in hand and the steps to implement... recharged, re-energized, and armed with greater knowledge about your company and how to grow. Profit Launch is best suited for: Companies with annual sales of 350,000 or more. (Although smaller companies can benefit greatly from having their plan in place) Business owners and their senior management team (at owner's discretion) REGISTRATION DETAILS Registration Includes: Continental Breakfast Buffet Lunch Break Snacks Location: Hilton Seattle Airport Conference Center - Summit Ballrooms Located directly across the street from the airport, this hotel is easily accessible by foot. Restaurants can be located within the hotel and just South a few blocks Ballroom doors will open at 6:45am Registration begins at 7:00am Breakfast is served at 7:00am Session begins promptly at 7:30am Travel Information: You will fly into Seattle -Tacoma International Airport (SEA), arriving no later than the evening before class begins. You should plan on leaving no earlier than 6:30pm on day 3. This will allow 2 hours from the end time to get to the airport. Once registered you will receive a Welcome Packet that will have detailed information to plan your trip. If you are driving to this workshop, you will have the option of parking at the hotel and paying the daily rate. BDR will offer a 10% discount on all parking during workshop days. Confirmation of Receipt: Once tickets are ordered, you will receive a email confirmation from Eventbrite. You will also receive an email confirmation from BDR verifying your registration. All registered attendees will receive emails associated with class documents, welcome packets and any other travel information prior to your session beginning. FAQS Travel: If you are flying into Seattle you will want to travel into the Seattle - Tacoma International Airport (SEA). You should arrive no later than the evening before the class begins and depart no earlier than 6:30 pm on the final day of the workshop. We are recommending that flight arrangements be made 21-28 days before travel. Yow will be receiving a Welcome Packet via email approximately 60 days prior to the event. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Please refer to Welcome Packet for this event for more information on the venue, parking and shuttle services. For cancellations 30 days prior to event, there is a $200 per person cancellation and/or transfer fee to move to another session. Note: New sessions may take place in a different location from the session you originally registered for. Cancellations received within 10 days of the class are non-refundable.
