Positive Thinking Weekend Yoga Retreat
"Change your Thinking and Change your Life". The only difference between happiness and suffering is thought - it is not the experience itself but rather the relationship we are able to have with the experience that determine our level of satisfaction. Take a fresh look at how your mind works and how you can free yourself from limiting thoughts and habits. Open up perspective; free yourself from past repetitive behaviors. Turn apparent difficulty into advantage. Understand your emotions. Experience more peace. We will work with both theory and practice both days - Day One’s workshop will focus on the mechanics of the mind; Day Two on techniques to uplift thought and our life. Learn how to employ the power that you have to change your thought and uplift your life - we will employ many of the 15 upliftment practices covered during the weekend.
We have limited accommodations here at Ashram and it is also possible to commute to Ashram in order to participate in the retreat.
