United Way of Imperial County is proud to present this year’s Fundraiser Event, “Nite at The Races”. This exciting and unique event will be held at the Stockmen’s Club in Brawley. We will have great prizes to give away...Grand Raffle is 4 season passes to the Del Mar thoroughbred race season.
We are also seeking sponsorships for this fun event and placing ads in our racing program or just attend the event for a great time. Attire is casual or fun for the event.
We ask that you please support our mission by being a sponsor for the event or purchasing tickets:
Triple Crown Sponsor: $2,000 – Includes 8 tickets for the event and 8 horses. Business ad listed in the racing program. Business name listed for one race. Business listed on our website under featured sponsors for 12 months with a link to your website.
A reserved table with your business name.
Thoroughbred Sponsor: $1,000 – Includes 4 tickets for the event and 4 horses. Business ad listed in the racing program. Business listed on our website under featured sponsors for 6 months with a link to your website.
Jockey Club Sponsor: $500 – Includes 2 tickets for the event and 2 horses. Business ad listed in the racing program. (See attached template) Business listed on our website under featured sponsors for 2 months with a link to your website.
Paddock Sponsor: $175 – Business ad listed in the racing program.
Sponsorship levels are included on the template of what your ad will look like. Tickets: $75 – Each individual ticket purchased for the event includes one horse.
Event is open seating. Be sure to name your horses.
