We've designed an amazing outdoor weekend full of stand-up paddling, yoga, hiking and personal development workshops that will revitalize you and give you so much to take home. This exceptional environment provides the perfect backdrop to clear the mind, stay in the moment and re-assess so you can move forward. We'll engage in thought provoking topics of conversations such as 1) The Power of Self-Awareness 2) Overcoming Fear and Failure 3) Reason and Motivation.
