Leadership Luncheon with Jacqueline Charron

Join us for the first Leadership Luncheon of the Spring Series with Jacqueline Charron, Senior Vice President of Operations at PeoplesBank. A casual lunch will be served. This is a FREE event for YPS Members, $10 for non-members. Attendees must register for event at: https://springfieldyps.com/calendar/#. event/2018/2/28/leadership-luncheon-with-jacqueline-charron-senior-vice-president-of-operations-at-peoplesbank Biography: Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Mount Holyoke College – while working as a teller at PeoplesBank. She later went on to the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and earned a Master in Business Administration. Jackie continued her postgraduate education at Babson College (Massachusetts Bankers Association - School of Financial Studies), Villanova University (Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma), and Dartmouth College (Tuck School of Business – Leadership Program).



From the previously mentioned teller position, she rose through the ranks at PeoplesBank and today, serves as Chief Risk Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations and Information Technology. In her current capacity, Jackie leads a team of 40 associates in Deposit Operations, Information Technology, Electronic Banking, Risk, and Compliance. Jackie is committed to advancing the bank’s digital and innovation strategies, while balancing security concerns, enhancing customer convenience, driving efficiencies, and promoting a challenging, high-performance work environment, which delivers high customer and employment engagement levels. Jackie has also served at the leadership level of many area community and business organizations including The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, Girls, Inc., The South Hadley and Holyoke Chambers of Commerce, and The United Way of Pioneer Valley, among many others.


In 2017, she was the Professional Women's Chamber Woman of the Year.
