Kundalini Yoga (Laya Yoga) is the science, art and technology that enables one to access and utilize his/her own creative energy. Kundalini Yoga consists of postures (asanas), Pranayama (breathing), Mudras (hand & finger gestures),Bhandas (body locks), Mantra (chanting) and Meditation; used together or in sequence to create specific effects. The conscious act of daily exercise and pampering ourselves will give us inner beauty, radiance and grace. The focus of this workshop will be exercises that keep the spine, organs and nervous system strong and healthy. This is an active and fun class, good for all levels of Yoga practice with modifications available for those who are Pregnant. Be prepared to smile and sweat.
