Balanced Roots Yoga & Wellness Presents: Inspiring Women's Well-being Summer Workshop Series 2019 Session 1 of 3: Vision Board Workshop Inspiring Well-being - The Power of Intention through Creativity The first workshop of the series is all about the power of intention using your creativity to pursue your dreams, stay motivated, empowered and inspired through the ups and downs of life. When we feel empowered and inspired we ignite our full potential to follow our hearts, our dreams and living our best life. We embrace and become the best partners, mothers, lovers, & friends.  As women, we are givers.  A lot of the time, sacrificing our own well-being for our partners, families, career, and children. We lose balance and begin to lose ourselves.  1. Using our creativity ignites something within ourselves to start the process of accessing everything life has to offer.

Vision boards are a powerful tool that utilizes the power of intention while also your creativity that has been locked up for so long.  "Your brain will work tirelessly to achieve the statements you give your subconscious mind. And when those statements are the affirmations and images of your goals, you are destined to achieve them. " – Jack Canfield 2. Connection - Connecting with other women is a powerful bond to influence, inspire and empower our well-being 3. Sharing - Sharing opens us up to one of the most difficult things in this life for many > Vulnerability. We will create a safe and powerful space for ideas to be heard, stories to be told and connection to be made.  4. Creating Empowerment & Inspiration through connecting with other women as well as sharing space and connecting with two of Colorado's Powerful "Lady Bosses" that has been incredibly influential on my entrepreneurial journey.   Ticket Price Includes *Bags and Drawing tickets included in each session supportive to each session theme.  1 Self-Care bag with inspiration and empowering goodies to support your well-being and keep you smiling including some sponsor special discounts, samples, local resources for well-being,  and Debi Kennison's guided meditation and pranayama practice (breathwork) 1 Drawing Ticket  Light snacks - Healthy Juices,  Balanced Roots Herbal Tea Blends, "CBD Bar"  Time to connect with each of the speakers after the workshop as well as purchase any merchandise.  Vision Board materials - Please feel free to bring some of your own magazines if you'd like :)  Special discounts from local sponsors, Balanced Roots Yoga & Wellness and Speakers.  Take home resources, tools and practices to achieve and maintain balance specifically for women's health & well-being.  The Following Event Dates for this Workshop are as follows and will all be held at Estes Park Yoga in Estes Park, Colorado.  Women's Well-being Summer Workshop Series Dates:  Sunday, July 28th 10 AM - 2 PM  - Well-being & The Power of Intention Through Creativity: Speakers: Abigail Brown - Founder of Balanced Roots Yoga & Wellness, Holistic Practitioner & Yoga Teacher, Debi Kennison - Founder of Balance Point Therapy, Yoga Teacher & Goddess Awakening Institute, & Michaela Galvin - Founder of JoieWorks Creative-Cartel Sunday, August 25th 10 AM - 2 PM - Nutrition, Supplements & Herbs to Support Women's Well-being: Speakers: Abigail Brown - Founder of Balanced Roots Yoga & Wellness, Holistic Practitioner & Yoga Teacher, Carrie Lehtonen - Founder of Firefly Community, more to come.
