History of Serenbe Tour
Serenbe founder Steve Nygren discovered the property now known as The Inn & Farmhouse at Serenbe on a weekend outing to introduce his children to the Georgia countryside in 1991. Weekend visits turned into a permanent move, which then evolved into the 1,000 acres that make up The Inn, The Farmhouse Restaurant and the Serenbe community. See where it all began on this tour led by Steve or his daughter Garnie Nygren, head of Serenbe Operations. No need to print your ticket, a Serenbe team member will have your name at the door. This tour lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours and is open to the public. 10:30am: February-May & November-December, 2019 9:30am: June-September, 2019 Meet outside The Inn at Serenbe's Guest Services Please wear walking shoes; portions of the tour are on uneven terrain.
Tours will be cancelled for inclement weather, as they are outdoor walking tours through the community and over nature trails.
