Hiking, Yoga, and Meditation
Hike up Bald Mountain which is approximately 1 mile up and 1 mile back. This is a fairly easy hike with well traveled trails. We will stop approximately half way for a 30-40 minute yoga class followed by a 20 minute meditation. We will then continue to the summit, where we will have another class that will last for one hour. After class we will have a light lunch (you pack your own) and you can climb the fire tower if you chose. After a little time relaxing, we will start back down the mountain, stopping about halfway for a 30 minute meditation. We will then continue down the mountain to the trailhead. Please make sure you pack lightly, but appropriately, as you never know what the weather will bring. Do make sure that you bring plenty of water (I know that it's heavy, but it's important).
Wear good hiking shoes or sneakers with good traction. We can arrange car-pooling possibly for those coming from the same areas.
