Galactic Camp Post-BLFC Furmeet

Galactic Camp - All Ages USS Hornet Furry Fun Day. Now June 23rd. Feeling blue after BLFC Last month? Or perhaps you had a great time last Galactic Camp last March.  Come hang out with other furries on an Aircraft Carrier.   Re-unite with your furry friends and be in the epic group photo on top of the Flight Deck. We re-scheduled due to lack of volunteers (many of our key staff were at other events or tired from BLFC. If can help us even for an hour fill out this form) as well as the rain that was expected on May 26th. Anyone who wants a refund simply click the request refund link in your tickets email, or DM Nacho. Otherwise you existing tickets will work on the new date - June 23rd.  We be hanging out on the top flight deck with music and views of San Francisco.

We will also host a furry parade for the Hornet staff and the numerous Children and Families who are eager to see us.   We have also been granted permission to photograph and film on the Historic USS Hornet. We will be doing the Group Photo at 2pm Sharp. We recommend coming at 11:30am so you have time hangout, get changed, and take pictures near all the fighter planes and Space Artifacts - like the Apollo 11 Test Capsule. We will have a changing space, please bring your own water as supplies may be limited. Our price is $15, $5 off the regular admission price with 100% of the ticket sales going to the USS Hornet a 501c3 EIN 13-1837418 (the USS Hornet has access to our Eventbrite and we will cut them a check for the total sales. You can also opt to pay the full price admission or make a small donation to the museum to support them).    FAQs  How do I volunteer?  Glad you asked, sign up here.
We need roughly 10-15 people to run the event. We need specifically people in Reg, and fursuit changing room, as well as somoene to wrangle furs and organize the group photo, and some stuff for sound. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No. This is an ALL AGES EVENT.     What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is free public parking (500 cars+) outside the ship. The closest BART Station is 12 ST Oakland, from there it is a short ride share ride. Will there be food or snacks? They will have a food concession of some kind, as well as vending machines. We suggest eating before. Monkey Thai is 1 block away and has great lunch specials. Scolari's at the winery is also great, and our friends at Faction have food trucks that day.
In fact we plan to all meetup at Faction after the event around 5:30pm Will there be fursuit Changing space? Yes. Roughly 4 tents on the outdoor hangar like we did in the first Photoshoot. Expect it to be a bit cramped but we will make it work. If you have an extra tent you can bring please contact us. What is the dress code? This event is open to all ages; please no kink/fetish attire. Puppy hoods, fursuits, space themed costumes are welcomed. If you are unsure ask; we want to be respectful of the other museum guests.   How can I contact the organizer with any questions? NachoHusky on Telegram or Twitter. Email: Launch (at) nachohusky.com.   Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No you can download the Eventbrite App to your Smartphone, or show the email.
We need to scan the code.   Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Totally; if it scans you get entry. Feel free to give it to anyone. If you got one of the 40 and can't make it please be sure to cancel you ticket so someone else gets it.   Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yup. We aren't going to pay close attention, if it scans your in, but everyone needs a tickert. Can I bring my drone? Yes. But there are MANY restrictions and safety - you need to clear it with Nacho first. Don't bring it without talking to him and getting permission, you need a special ticket for it and $1 Million liability insurance (costs about $30-40 to obtain for the day). Lastly we are not responcible if you hurt yourself; participate in this event at your own risk.
Ships can be dangerous, there are tripping hazards, be safe. Don't sue us or the ship.  .
