Forge Lifestyle Series: Survive Strong

You are invited to our NEW monthly Exercise and Wellness Lifestyle Program: Survive Strong.   At our Survive Strong class, we passionately strive to inspire and empower you to reach your full potential as you navigate breast cancer survivorship. Movement is medicine and we will focus on maximizing your movement to get you back to the activities you love. Each month's class will focus on a different topic related to survivorship, wellness, and exercise. Each class will include an educational survivorship topic component and an exercise class. Upcoming topics include: increasing range of motion, increasing strength, decreasing fatigue, how to create an exercise routine, lymphedema prevention & management, neuropathy management, how to handle other side effects you may experience from your diagnosis and/or treatment, and much more.

All equipment and materials are provided. Water and restrooms are available onsite; we recommend that you bring a refillable water bottle. Free parking is available in front of Benchmark; call for directions: (205) 573-6278.
