Family Dinners in an Instant

Ugh. It's dinner time again. You know that hungry dinner hour rolls around every evening, but crazy schedules change it from home cooking to another dinner at the drive-through. Then, the magical Instant Pot came on the scene, and dinner was promised to be ready in a snap — so you unboxed the mysterious pot, but it stopped you dead in your tracks. How do you cook in this perplexing pot? Why does this appliance have a cult following and what do "they" know that you don't?  Whether you have the Instant Pot or one of the many other great brands, the electric pressure or multipot is an easy ticket to quick, family-friendly dinners. We just wrote a cookbook on this versatile appliance and will share everything we know so you can join the fan club.  The class will begin with Deviled Eggs, that are easier and tastier than you ever imagined.

You will learn to make Butter Chicken and discover all of the secrets to cooking rice. We'll also prepare pork carnitas - destined to become a family favorite. And we will end the evening with Berry Topped Cheesecake and yes, it is baked in the Instant Pot, too. Come hungry as you will enjoy generous tastes of each dish.
