We're on a collective mission to connect women entrepreneurs to the most powerful community resources available for starting and growing a business in Denver. If you're committed to providing education, capital, access to markets, connections or a network of support to help entrepreneurial women succeed, we invite you to join us as an exhibitor. FAQs What is the Women’s Entrepreneurship Resource Showcase? This Showcase offers an opportunity for a multitude of organizations to collaborate in connecting entrepreneurial women to local resources, tools, and networks that inspire and support their business goals. The exhibition represents a collective of disparate organizations that champions women’s economic leadership and that collaborates to help diverse women succeed in launching and scaling businesses.

The Showcase serves as a demonstration of the collective commitment to make Denver the best place anywhere for women to start and grow businesses. Who organizes the Showcase: The Showcase is organized by The Commons on Champa, founder of Women on the Rise, with support from the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Women’s Council. A committee of council members and volunteers is responsible for planning the event. Volunteers are welcome to get involved in the various aspects of preparing for a successful event. To get involved, email womenrise@thecommons.co   Who attends the Showcase: The Showcase is open to the general public and exhibitors are encouraged to invite their communities. Tickets are $15 each. Attendees are primarily entrepreneurial women from the Denver metro area and 80% self-identify as business owners (about half are at an early stage and half are at growth stage).
The list of exhibitors invited to participate in this year’s event is below. Please email us with additions to this list. Who exhibits at the Showcase: Organizations that are actively working to lower the barriers that women face in accessing markets, mentors, funding, and training are prioritized. Eligibility criteria include*: Focuses on or specifically serves women entrepreneurs; Offers business development resources; and is a Academic, Government, Nonprofit or Networking Organization *The Commons reserves the right to determine the eligibility of prospective exhibitors. If you are unsure if you meet the criteria, please email womenrise@thecommons.co and include a description of your organization, website and why you believe you should be included.
Where will the Showcase take place (and parking): WorkplaceELEMENTS is donating the event space. The exhibition and cocktail reception will be held in an empty furniture showroom located at 2495 Blake Street immediately adjacent to their main Discovery Center at N. Broadway & Blake St. Temporary parking will be available for exhibitor load-in. Parking will be available to the public curbside or in nearby event lots. What are the fees to exhibit:Standard Rate: $100Dedicated 6' table with plain linen, plus 2 tickets, a listing in the attendee guide and promotional materials, access to digital promotional tools, and exposure to over 1,000 entrepreneurial women. Premier Exposure & Lead Partner Rates: $250-$500 Organizations interested in premier placement and recognition are invited to join us as Lead Partners.
Through your deeper commitment, we are able to elevate your partnership as we promote this special event. Your organization will receive all the benefits of an exhibitor (as above), plus additional opportunities for promotion, exposure, and engagement. Full or partial assistance may be available by request sent in an email to: womenrise@thecommons.co Are sponsorship opportunities available? YES. Sponsorship packages are designed to engage companies and organizations committed to supporting women business owners. Participation in the event is welcomed and encouraged. Sponsorship is made available through The Commons on Champa, a charitable organization, and all sponsorship is tax deductible.

The magic of this Showcase from bringing all our disparate programs, resources and communities together. You are encouraged to bring your community in full force and to promote the event across all channels. Suggested social posts and digital marketing materials will be made available. A special registration link is available to each exhibitor so you can track your attendees.   Can others from my organization attend? Yes. Please review exhibitor levels for the count of tickets included. Additional tickets are available for $15 each.   How do we prepare for the event? Registered organizations will receive a guide to the event and set up logistics. Exhibitor check-in will begin at 3:30 pm on May 1, the day of the Showcase. Exhibits are limited to 6-ft table-top, one per organization. No large displays or booths allowed. We will do our best to accommodate any electrical needs. Will there be food and beverage? Of course. The cocktail reception will include adult and N/A beverages (2 free drinks per guest) and hearty appetizers. 2019 Showcase Exhibitors TBA.
