Hopefully, this will be the beginning of that great journey for you. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, this class will focus on developing strength through the core of the body – the back, abdomen, and hips - with patterned breathing and movement providing the body with a strong foundation for daily activities, for other forms of exercise and to balance body and mind. This will be combined with a series of restorative, gentle stretches and postures to increase flexibility and strength. The class will improve posture, increase lung capacity, and provide the student with strong, sculpted muscles.
