Colorado User Group 2019
User Group Definition: A user group meeting is an opportunity for you to meet with Caselle software experts and other local Caselle users to improve the overall user experience with the software. Caselle software users are encouraged to attend and be ready to discuss their experience with Caselle Product Owners and Business Analysts whose primary function is to improve software effectiveness. While software training will be a part of this meeting, it is not the primary purpose of a User Group. Goals of a User Group: Help you learn how to get more out of your software investment by discussing how you currently use the software. Increase your understanding of how the software is used “in the field." Learn ways to be more effective in your role in the community. Participate in interactive discussions on best practices and share ideas with Caselle Staff for future software enhancements.
