CHOCOLATE 201
A follow up to our Chocolate 101 class, Chocolate 201 will explore tempering and the process to make snappy, shiny chocolate bars and treats.  Students will also learn how to enrobe and dip goodies into tempered chocolate.   All the chocolate, goodies to dip and a recipe packet with tips and techniques to be successful at home are included.  Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for getting covered in chocolate.   Due to the nature of tempering, this class is suitable for students 18 and over.   Please let me know if any accomodations are needed or if you have any questions. info@thelakehousebakery.com.
