Michigan Department of Education Office of Health and Nutrition Services Child and Adult Care Food Program FY 2019 RECORD KEEPING TRAINING You must go to:   www.Eventbrite.com to register for in-person trainings. Please save your Log in name and Password information. CACFP staff will not have access to any log in or password information. NOTE: You must create a log in and password.   CACFP reserves the right to cancel trainings due to low participation. (CACFP Instructors start the training at 9:00AM.) Attention: The CACFP training committee has streamlined the FY 2019 in-person training schedule to locations with high participation. This change was made due to the significant increase of participants using the CACFP on-line training modules and YouTube videos.

The CACFP trainers request that if you register to attend an in-person record keeping training and find you are unable to attend, use the cancellation instructions to cancel your ticket. This will allow other participants to attend the in-person regional trainings.   PRINT OUT YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION. It is recommended that you bring your ticket. Topics Covered: Record Keeping-Annual and Monthly Forms National Disqualification List Check Responsibilities Meal Pattern Requirements   9:00AM– 12:00PM Record Keeping Question and Answer session immediately following half day training.   Skype Webinars Trainings – To Be Announced later. The CACFP will also be offering the referenced trainings below via Skype meeting webinars for participants that are not able to attend in-person trainings.
    Monitoring-Sponsor of Centers Responsibilities Best Practices/Food Safety Claiming for CACFP Meal Reimbursement Infant Menus At-Risk Afterschool Emergency Shelters Adult Day Service Centers   Attention: Persons with disabilities needing reasonable accommodations for effective participation in the workshop should contact the Child and Adult Care Food Program office at 517-241-5353. Requests for accommodations should be made at least two weeks prior to the training sessions.
