For those 18 years or older who want to learn about: Reducing fear and stigma around talking about dying Planning for healthcare decisions and resources Talking to others about their wishes How to complete documents such as healthcare power of attorney and living will Sharing these healthcare planning documents When to review and update these documents (Healthcare Power of Attorney, Healthcare Living Will, Prehospital Medical Care Directive) Registration is required and workshop is free.
