Cacao is known as heart medicine. In each Cacao Ritual Meditation you will be able to work directly with your heart space. Cacao allows you to reach higher states of consciousness filled with self-love and allows you to simply be. Create and set intentions, learn about the sacred plant, drink a full ceremonial dosage of cacao and allow yourself to be guided into deep meditation. Rachel from Sorrell's Healing Arts (located in Evergreen, CO at Namaste Healing & Meditation) will be your cacao ritual meditation guide. She creates custom meditations based off the energy of the day in the Mayan Calendar, incorporates healing music and sound therapy. I encourage you to grab a table at The Mercury Cafe afterward to indulge in their super delicious and healthy food following the meditation. More about Cacao: Cacao, aka: raw chocolate.
