Build Your Own Meditation Practice
Take a day for yourself and have the chance to learn more about how to create a space to rest, reflect, and recharge. Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat or beach towel, and just come as you are. FAQs -- Are there any particular requirements for participants who want to attend? Anyone who is interested in learning about meditation is welcome to attend. There is no need for prior experience with any form of meditation. The workshop will offer an introduction to breath and grounding, a time to reflect and refresh, and practice tips on obstacles such as time, space, and competing demands. A healing theme will be a part of the day's experience. Also, please note that the park offers spaciousness for children to play and explore, however childcare is something that should be arranged on your own.
