A great event for a great cause.
At least 20 brands of skis and snowboards will be represented with over 400 pairs of skis and boards. Ski and snowboard representatives will be bringing gear for the 2019-20 season for you to try before anyone else in this market. You get to be the gear tester and let all your friends know what great things are happening next year. The best part is that 100% of the proceeds will go directly to PAFE - the Panhandle Alliance for Education. Simply put, you get to try great gear and all of the money goes toward educational grants in Bonner County.
Here is how it works. You purchase a ticket and that is your access to the demo area. You shop around, talk to reps and pick out the ski that you would like to try. The certified reps fit the bindings to YOUR boot.
Then you head out on the mountain for an hour to test it out on the terrain you are comfortable on. After a couple of runs, ski or ride back to the demo area to return your gear and do it all again. There will also be a plethora of 2018-19 skis to try and potentially purchase at the end of the day. How cool is that.
Skis: Atomic, Blizzard, Dynastar, Head, K2, Line, Nordica, ON3P, Rossignol, Salomon, Sego, Volkl
Snowboard: Arbor, Capita, Gnu, Jones, Lib Tech, Nitro, Rome, Expect a few Demo SB bindings present but your bindings will be required to demo most boards. We can not guarantee storage space for your bindings if you choose to demo another pair.
There will also be a silent auction (for a 2019-20 unlimited season pass to Schweitzer and an Alpine Shop ski locker.
). There will also be lots of other great items for you to bid on.
Tickets are limited based on the number of skis and we expect it to sell out quickly. Onsite registration, if available will be $50. Due to the individualized information on the entry registration, each ticket will require accurate information for the person attending. All persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to check in.
