Who will hold the title???   11:00-11:15   Wastewater Treatment Facility Tour Preview Fred McNeil, Chief Engineer, City of Manchester – Environmental Protection Division   11:15-12:15   Wastewater Treatment Facility Tour City of Manchester personnel will guide you through the wastewater treatment facility and the nine recently completed/ongoing projects.   Please dress appropriately. The tour will require walking the 15 acre site and will be conducted in rain, snow or shine. Special accommodations are available and can be made by contacting Fred McNeill at 624-6341 or Deb Loiselle at 271-1352.   12:15-1:30      Lunch and Conversation The City of Manchester will be providing a BBQ lunch. Bring your appetites and stories to share with your fellow New Hampshire MS4 peers.
