In this comic poem, written in 1805, Old Mother Hubbard is always looking out for her best friend and in return he is dancing and spinning and sitting and standing all to the delight of Old Mother Hubbard.
In a quaint old cottage the comedy of a dog and his master opens and unfolds to delight and captivates the story of this good old lady and her funny dog. About Furry Kids Rescue. Furry Kids is an all-volunteer foster organization and no-kill rescue. What that means is that we strive to know as much about the animals in our care so we can help you find just the right one – and that each is safe in our care until the right forever home is found. Furry Kid volunteers also support efforts that help to reduce the number of adoptable companion animals that are euthanized by animal shelters, eliminate the homeless animal population in the Midwest region, and promote low-cost spay/neuter clinics. We strive to educate the public on the proper and compassionate ways to care for their animals, including the necessity of spaying and neutering companion animals to help relieve pet overpopulation.
Volunteers find, display and provide educational materials free to the public on pet care, behavior, nutrition, training, heartworm prevention, and human-animal bonding.
