Fright Nights at the Arboretum

The Donald E. Davis Arboretum and Auburn Parks and Recreation are teaming up to bring you the Fright Nights Movie Series. On Fridays in October, join us for your favorite classic monster movies at the Arboretum. Seating will begin at 6 p.m. and movies will begin at 7:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to carpool and bring blankets, chairs and picnic dinners to enjoy the movies. There will be a small selection of concessions available as well. The schedule for movies is as follows: Friday, October 6: Frankenstein (1931) Friday, October 13: The Mummy (1932) Friday, October 20: The Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954) Friday, October 27: Dracula (1931) This event is free and open to the public. Parking is available near the entrances on three sides: along Lem Morrison and the Poultry Science parking lot, along Garden Drive and in the Arboretum parking lot off Garden Drive.
Patrons are encouraged to carpool or walk. Stay tuned for an announcement of themed activities taking place prior to each of the movies. A schedule will announced on Monday, October 2.
